Refund Policy for RockitRank

Thank you for choosing RockitRank.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or service from RockitRank.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through RockitRank are final.

RockitRank does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Upgrades
  • Add-ons
  • Feature purchases
  • Unused subscription periods
  • Partially used billing periods

Once payment has been processed and access to the platform has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

  • Future renewals will stop
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid fees.

3. No Performance Guarantees

RockitRank provides software tools to assist with content creation and analysis.

RockitRank does not guarantee:

  • Viral content
  • Increased engagement
  • More followers
  • Increased impressions
  • Lead generation
  • Revenue growth
  • Business success
  • LinkedIn account growth

Because outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Technical billing errors

please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, correct the billing error.

This section applies only to billing mistakes and does not create a general right to a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RockitRank to resolve a billing issue may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Revocation of platform access
  • Recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by law

6. Exceptions Required By Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that may be provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a refund is required by law, RockitRank will comply with those legal obligations.
