These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RockitRank ("RockitRank", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, web application, APIs, content generation tools, analytics features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service

RockitRank is an AI-powered LinkedIn content platform designed to help creators, founders, consultants, operators, and professionals create better content through:

  • Viral content framework analysis
  • AI-assisted content generation
  • AI-generated image concepts
  • Content organization and draft management
  • Content performance tracking and analytics

RockitRank provides software tools only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Viral content
  • Audience growth
  • Engagement increases
  • Lead generation
  • Revenue growth
  • Business outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

If you use RockitRank on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Protecting your login credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Subscription Plans

RockitRank offers subscription plans as displayed on our pricing page.

Features, limits, and pricing may vary between plans.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

By subscribing, you authorize RockitRank to charge your selected payment method.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before any pricing changes become effective.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

RockitRank uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, post drafts, frameworks, image concepts, and recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication
  • Similar outputs may be generated for other users
  • AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions

You remain solely responsible for any content you publish.

6. Competitor Content Analysis

RockitRank allows users to submit publicly available content for analysis.

The platform analyzes:

  • Hooks
  • Structures
  • Frameworks
  • Calls-to-action
  • Content patterns

RockitRank does not encourage:

  • Plagiarism
  • Copyright infringement
  • Copying competitor content
  • Republishing third-party content

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their published content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content, information, and materials you provide to RockitRank.

By using the Service, you grant RockitRank a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Store your content
  • Process your content
  • Analyze your content
  • Generate outputs from your content

solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Disrupt platform operations
  • Abuse AI generation systems
  • Access the Service using unauthorized automated tools
  • Use the platform to distribute spam
  • Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. LinkedIn and Third-Party Services

RockitRank may integrate with third-party services, including LinkedIn.

By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize RockitRank to access information necessary to provide the Service.

You acknowledge that:

  • Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's terms and policies
  • RockitRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn
  • LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes to third-party services, APIs, or policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the RockitRank platform, including:

  • Software
  • Branding
  • Features
  • Design
  • Algorithms
  • Databases
  • Documentation

remain the exclusive property of RockitRank.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using RockitRank, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Error-free functionality
  • Compatibility with all devices or services

Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockitRank shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Reputational damage
  • Content performance outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RockitRank during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RockitRank, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your published content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Your actions create security risks
  • We are legally required to do so

You may cancel your account at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of RockitRank after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
